HERE'S WHAT TO DO IF YOU'D LIKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE
- Email us at email@example.com within 14 days
- We'll email you a returns label
- Fill out the returns form that was enclosed with your order and place that inside the package
- Attach the label to the outside and send it to us via Royal Mail
- Don't forget to obtain proof of posting.
- We'll process the return/exchange 24 hours of receiving it. Refunds may take up to 72 hours to appear (depending on your bank)

NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FROM TRADE ACCOUNTS, UNLESS THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY
HERE'S OUR RETURNS POLICY IN FULL:
We operate a no–quibble returns policy and if you return an item within 14 days of receipt, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer, no questions asked.
These items returned should be in their original condition. Please remember not to remove any labels / barcodes or tags attached to the items, or dispose of packaging until you are sure you are keeping the items.
All goods will be inspected on return and we try hard to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Just completed your order but changed your mind? No problem – you can return it under the Distance Selling Regulations. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE THE ITEMS OR THEY DO NOT FIT?
No problem. Just send the item back to us and, depending on your preferences and stock levels, we’ll either exchange it or give you a full refund. Please fill in and enclose the Returns Note that was included in your package
WHAT IF I WANT TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR SOMETHING CHEAPER OR MORE EXPENSIVE?
We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one. That seems fair to us!
THE LEGAL BIT
If you return any item purchased from the website within 14 days, subject to any damage to the product not being due to your negligence, it will be taken as a cancellation of your order, or relevant part of your order
Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not be yours until the 14 day post-delivery period has expired.
When we receive returned goods, Chinnydipper Ltd will refund you in full the amount you paid for them or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer. You must, however, return the goods to Chinnydipper so that we can do this.
Chinnydipper's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of goods supplied by Chinnydipper to the customer. Chinnydipper shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Chinnydipper cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on the website or on the garment. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
