CUSTOMS DUTIES ON ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK
As all orders are currently shipped from UK you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.
EUROPE - Import Duties may be charged following Brexit.
Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of orders shipped outside of the UK. These duties and taxes are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and depend on a number of factors, such as country of origin of the purchased product, local VAT rates and local import taxes. It will be your responsibility to pay them if and when asked to by your local authorities.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER
We realise that occasionally we may try to deliver an order and nobody will be available to sign for the goods or the item may be too large to post.
Each time an attempt is made, our delivery agent will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. This card contains details for you to arrange to collect the order directly from their depot or to arrange a convenient time to deliver. The goods will only be held for a limited time. Please respond within the timescale mentioned on the card.
