It appears the trousers we have ordered havnt been properly finished. You can see the stitching at the bottom.

We're obviously disappointed to see you're not happy but I just wanted to let you know that all of our trousers have unfinished hems, which is stated in our product description. Attached to the hang tag is the iron on hemming tape. This allows you to take them up to desired length and then let down as they grow...it's been a popular feature with our customers but of course it won't be for everyone.
We pride ourselves on using high quality materials and features that allow our products to last as long as possible.
I hope this clears things up.
